Dr. Tanner Moir grew up in Cody, Wyoming, where he gained an appreciation for the outdoors. After High School, Dr. Moir attended Boise State University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. The year in-between his undergraduate studies and dental school he worked for the State of Idaho helping designate health care shortage areas. Dr. Moir moved to Nebraska to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University. In dental school he participated in a variety of different activities that provided care for undeserved individuals including Give Kids a Smile, Iowa Mission of Mercy, and One World. He was also selected to represent Creighton University at the annual Student Clinicians Research Program at the National American Dental Association conference. His research looked at different methods of diagnosing why root canal treatments were failing. Outside of dentistry he enjoys watching Boise State University sports and playing golf.
